Managed since 1992 by the EU-Japan Centre, this 5-day training provides an in-depth analysis of Japanese manufacturing methodology with the aim of improving EU companies competitiveness and the quality of their products and services.

Target: People with engineering or scientific background able to influence their company’s production strategy or equivalent. I Any industrial sector is welcome to apply.

Costs: The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the WCM mission I Participants will have to cover their travel and accommodation costs.
